Jessica Troy Granted RevPro Title Shot Against Alexxis Falcon

Alexxis Falcon is one title defence away from taking the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship to Wembley – but that match comes this weekend against Jessica Troy.

After using unscrupulous tactics to keep her gold over recent months, and then dodging the challenge of Aliss Ink last month at Live In London 109, ‘The Wicked Bitch Of Wrestling’ was told that she would have to make three successful defences if she were to make it to Anniversary event as champion.

So far those have come against Hollie Barlow in Bradford and Lucy Sky just a few days ago in Wolverhampton as part of the Women’s Grand Prix events. The final challenge comes this coming Sunday in London, and with Aliss Ink injured a new title challenger has emerged.

Australia’s Jessica Troy put in an extremely strong showing last weekend. Despite being knocked out of the Grand Prix by the eventual winner Kanji, she then went on to pick up victories over Emersyn Jayne and Cory Zero over the rest of the weekend.

This has shot her in to the title picture, and she will now get her opportunity at Live In London 110.

The match takes place this coming Sunday, 2nd August at Porchester Hall in London. Doors open for the event at 3.45pm with first bell at 4.30pm. Tickets are priced at £35 for front row and £25 for general admission (booking fees apply) and are available now.

The new era of PROGRESS Wrestling has taken an early twist, as Rhio was able to dethrone Alexxis Falcon in London to become Women’s Champion.

Having won the first ever Women’s Super Strong Style tournament, ‘The Most Dangerous Woman In Europe’ was quick to cash in her shot for the title the next time PROGRESS came to the Electric Ballroom in Camden.

The pair went face to face straight away after the bell, and it was the hard-hitting affair you would fully expect, with Falcon doing everything she could to bend the rules in her favour.

At one point she even started removing parts of the ring to distract the official, and then tried to make it look like Rhio had hit her with the title belt – only for Rhio to retaliate by laying down herself so the referee saw them both down.

The involvement for the official was far from over, as Falcon then managed to pull him in the way of a superkick attempt by Rhio – at which point she went back to the title belt and managed to hit the challenger, but it was only enough to get a two count.

In the end Rhio hit her package piledriver but wasn’t done with her opponent – who then decided to spit in her face. Another flurry from Rhio and another package piledriver, and a new PROGRESS Wrestling Women’s Champion was crowned.

Also on the show, Nikki Storm made her return to England and took on Session Moth Martina. During the match Martina was often conflicted over whether she should cheat or not.

This also proved to be her undoing, as she took too long making up her mind and got caught by Storm to pick up the victory.

PROGRESS Wrestling return to the Electric Ballroom in Camden on Monday 31st August as part of All In weekend, with tickets available now.

A gruelling day in Wolverhampton has seen Kanji outlast seven other competitors to win the RevPro Women’s Grand Prix.

Kanji earned the final spot in the tournament as she picked up what many would see as a final victory over Rhio in Sheffield earlier this month when she came out on top in an Iron Fist match.

This then prepared her for what was going to be a tough day in the office, however she managed to overcome Australia’s Jessica Troy in the quarter-finals.

Later in the day she had to go up against Shayna Baszler in the quarter-finals of the tournament, however her win in that round was via disqualification – and then saw her get beaten down by Baszler and Zoey Serrano after the match.

Her opponent in the final was CMLL’s Zeuxis, who had beaten Serrano and Jungle Kyona to reach this stage. With Zeuxis waiting, Kanji was determined to make her way to the ring no matter how many people tried to stop her given her physical state.

In the end it was a signature submission which was enough to Kanji the victory.

Elsewhere on the card, Alexxis Falcon managed to make yet another defence of her RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship against Lucy Sky, and Cory Zero and Amira Blair established themselves as a tag team as they defeated NYTE/SKYE.

There’s no shortage of challengers for Alexxis Falcon’s RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship, and she’ll have to defend it again in Wolverhampton against Lucy Sky.

This is a return to the venue where Alexxis Falcon’s RevPro run really took off back in March, when she defeated Mercedes Mone and took two of her titles away in the process.

Just 24 hours later ‘The Wicked Bitch Of Wrestling’ added a third to the collection when she took the RevPro gold from Alex Windsor.

Now she’s on the road to Wembley Arena and the Anniversary event, however she was told last week that there would be three defences in her way of taking the title to that show.

The first came in Bradford last weekend when she defeated Hollie Barlow, however not satisfied with the win she continued to beat down on ‘The Hot Topic’ after the match.

This brought Lucy Sky to the ring who sent Falcon scurrying, and RevPro matchmakers have been quick to put a match together between the pair for this Saturday in Wolverhampton.

It’s been a brisk rise up the ranks for Sky, who debuted in the company earlier in July with an impressive win over Skye Smitson.

It’ll be a long day for both Falcon and Sky, as they will also face off for the TNT Women’s Championship in the evening.

Alexxis Falcon vs. Lucy Sky for the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship will take place on the first show of the Women’s Grand Prix, this Saturday 25th July at The Hangar in Wolverhampton. Tickets are still available for both shows and you can also watch live on RevPro On Demand.

Hollie Barlow Granted Shot At Lily Winter’s Catch Pro Wrestling Women’s Title

Having scored a pinfall victory over the title holder, Hollie Barlow has earned herself a shot at Lily Winter and her Catch Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship in Manchester.

It’s been a strong year for Winter in Catch Pro Wrestling, having captured the title back in January and then having successful defences against the likes of Melissa Fierce and Barlow’s very very very very very very very very very very very very very best friend Hollie Barlow.

However, ‘The Hot Topic’ has also recently managed to get a pinfall victory over the title holder in tag action, albeit in dubious circumstances as the camera saw what the referee didn’t. However, a win is a win and with a bit of pressure Hollie Barlow has managed to secure herself a match against Winter at the start of August.

This would continue a strong year of title success for Barlow in 2026, having recently won the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship from Alexxis Falcon to add to her gold in the likes of Futureshock Wrestling and Infinite Promotions.

Catch Pro Wrestling ‘New Art Riot’ takes place at Gorilla in Manchester on Saturday 1st August. Doors open for the event at 4pm with first bell at 4.30pm. Tickets are priced at £25 for general admission and £15 for those with NHS or student cards (booking fees apply) and are available now.

Molly Spartan’s First ICW Women’s Title Defence Confirmed

Molly Spartan finally has the ICW Women’s Championship back around her waist, but her first defence in Edinburgh next month will be a triple-threat match.

It’s been a long road back to the ICW gold for Spartan, who held the title for almost a year through 2022 including victories over the likes of Lana Austin, Kasey and Session Moth Martina, before finally succumbing to Rhio in February 2023.

In Glasgow back in March, Molly Spartan beat Daisy Jenkins to put herself back in the title picture, before overcoming Natasha Swann in a number one contendership match in May.

It was then part of the Insane North Weekender where Spartan managed to take the gold from Angel Hayze, who had recently returned from a tour of Japan.

Now Spartan will make her first defence, and it’ll be the two competitors she defeated on the way to the gold which who will get the shot as both Daisy Jenkins and Natasha Swann get the opportunity in a triple-threat match.

The match will take place on Saturday, 15th August at The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh, with the show taking place during the famous Fringe festival. Available tickets are priced at £32.50 for second row and £23 for standing (booking fees apply) and are available now.

As part of the huge All In weekend, Pro Wrestling EVE vs. The World 2 will take place in London with a plethora of international talent involved.

WHEN AND WHERE DOES PRO WRESTLING EVE VS. THE WORLD 2 TAKE PLACE?

The event takes place on Friday, 28th August 2026. The event will be held at Big Penny Social Club in East London. The nearest Underground station is Blackhorse Road, which is on the Victoria line so therefore has direct links in and out of the city as well as connections to all other major lines. The station is approximately a ten-minute walk from the venue.

WHAT MATCHES AND WRESTLERS ARE ANNOUNCED FOR PRO WRESTLING EVE 152?

Whilst there are likely to be plenty of surprises for this event, there is already a huge list of wrestlers and matches already confirmed.

Back in June, Miya Yamashita won the EVE International Championship from Kris Statlander. She was confronted straight away by both the returning Kay Lee Ray and Rhio, who demanded a shot at the gold. Yamashita let them fight it out in July with KLR coming out on top and stamping her ticket to the event.

There is also likely to be plenty of AEW involvement in the show given All In taking place at Wembley Stadium later in the weekend. Already announced are Skye Blue and AEW official Aubrey Edwards, whilst Marina Shafir is set to take on Aliss Ink.

This coming Friday, Maddy Morgan will make her Kamikaze Pro debut in Birmingham but she’ll have her hands full as she takes on Hollie Barlow.

This match pits two wrestlers against each other who’ve had extremely strong years so far in 2026. For Maddy Morgan a large part of that has been spent in Japan with Marigold.

For Hollie Barlow there has been a lot of title success, including recently winning the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship from Alexxis Falcon to add to her Futureshock gold – all whilst being Lana Austin’s very very very very very very… you get the idea.

‘The Hot Topic’ has also challenged for the Kamikaze Pro Fighting Females Championship twice before, and will be looking to pick up a win here to put herself back in the title picture.

There can be no doubt that both Barlow and Morgan will have one eye on title holder Chantal Jordan, who puts the gold on the line on the same night against Myla Grace.

New Pro Wrestling EAST Tag Team Champions were crowned last night in Cambridge, as Deadly Skye ended the second reign of The Super Raffle Bros.

Skye Smitson and Nightshade had previous experience as a team in The Uprising, but returned as a force in PWE at the last show when they headed to the stage after the Raffle Bros successful defence against Oliver’s Army, making it clear they were next in line for the gold.

That match took place at the PWE World Cup at Storey’s Field in Cambridge on Saturday 18th July, and was the hard-hitting affair you’d expect from all four competitors involved.

Indeed Deadly Skye didn’t even wait until the contest was scheduled to happen, as they hit the ring right at the start of the show demanding their opportunity straight away, and Tim Lee and Kharnage accepted.

However, the underhanded tactics from the challengers soon shone through, even going so far as to use Nightshade’s Women’s Championship belt, which almost got them the victory.

However, with Tim Lee then out of the action it turned in to a two-on-one affair, and Deadly Skye were able to pick up the pinfall victory and leave Cambridge with the Tag Team Championships.

This was even more significant for Nightshade, who was in her first match back from an extended tour of Japan and the victory made her a double champion, something unique in PWE’s history.

They didn’t get the chance to rest on their laurels though, as after Alexander Roth won the World Cup tournament, he brought his 87 tag partner Roy Johnson to ringside and said he’d be cashing in his shot at a title of his choosing for the tag gold against Deadly Skye at the next show on Saturday, 14th November.

Another title defence is set for Alexxis Falcon in RevPro, but this comes with a twist against the debuting Hollie Barlow.

It’s been a wild year with gold for ‘The Wicked Bitch Of Wrestling’. Causing chaos in PROGRESS Wrestling, Falcon captured three titles in two days back in March to also change the landscape in the likes of RevPro and Discovery Wrestling.

However whilst more gold has been added in the likes of TNT, all reigns must come to an end and this past weekend Alexxis Falcon lost the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship to Hollie Barlow – although there were some strange circumstances since it wasn’t clear which member of LALLIE she was going to face.

This was spotted by RevPro management, who are lining up plenty of challengers for Falcon to see if she can take the gold all the way to the anniversary show at Wembley Arena at the end of August.

They’ve confirmed that the next challenger will be Barlow, with the match taking place at Summer Sizzler.

Summer Sizzler takes place on Saturday, 18th July at Bradford Live. Doors open for the event at 2pm with first bell at 3pm, with tickets available now.
