There’s a good reason she’s known as ‘The Best In The Galaxy’, and Nikki Storm has gotten straight back to proving that on the independent wrestling scene.

Many people will know Storm from her time in WWE, where she known as Nikki Cross and was a key part of the Wyatt Sicks, spending a long time alongside both incarnations of The Fiend, whether it was Bray Wyatt or Windham Rotunda.

However, there was plenty to be said about Storm before she headed to WWE and was part of the reason she was noticed by the company. Amongst her credentials were three separate reigns as Pro Wrestling EVE Women’s Champion between 2012 and 2016. During this time she could be seen regularly around the United Kingdom and Europe, putting on impressive displays everywhere she went.

The title credentials didn’t stop there, as she went on to hold both tag and singles gold in WWE, including ten reigns as the 24/7 Champion as Nikki ASH.

Since returning to the independent scene Storm has kept up the momentum, quickly adding the GAW Women’s Championship to her resume whilst also becoming the new owner of PROGRESS Wrestling alongside Big Damo.

Credited as not only one of the best technical wrestlers in the country but across the entire global, the Nottingham based star backs down from no challenge each and every time she steps inside the squared circle.

Whilst many model her on Zack Sabre Jr., and indeed she is often seen utilising his neck snapping manoeuvre among other technical skills, you can also see influences from a number of British wrestlers from the past with the way she is able to tie her opponents up in knots.

It’s not just the technical skills which come to the forefront, as she is also an exceptional striker, using her fists, forearms and feet to incredible effect to wear down whoever she is facing.

This has led to her being spotted by wrestlers and companies around the world, and also forming what seemed to be a mutual friendship with Mercedes Mone when she was the first person to face ‘The CEO’ for the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship after the American star won the gold. She’s now seemingly on a quest to win that belt back, and add even more gold to her collection which currently includes the Resurgence Championship.

Having started out wrestling on shows back in 2017, Alexxis Falcon brings this experience to the ring each and every time she’s out there. It’s this knowledge and guile which is one of the hallmarks of her skills – and the ability to find a way to get the job done.

Whilst her love of Disney is often apparent in her outfits and entrance music, very often she is far from an innocent Disney princess, utilising the rules (and gaps in them) to her advantage at every opportunity.

Alexxis Falcon has wrestled across the United Kingdom and Europe, including for some of the biggest promotions and on the biggest stages such as PROGRESS Wrestling and RevPro, however it’s her hometown of Hull which holds a lot of significance, including wrestling on numerous occasions at the town’s packed City Hall for NGW.

2026 became a very significant year for ‘The Wicked Bitch Of Wrestling’ especially when it came to winning championships. This included winning the main women’s championships in both RevPro and PROGRESS, as well as becoming the first person to defeat Mercedes Mone on the independent wrestling scene in the United Kingdom, and take both the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship and BODYSLAM Women’s Championship from her in the process.

There could be no better moniker for Nightshade than ‘The Deadly One’. Bringing a huge amount of experience to the squared circle, she is a dominant force who will not back down from any challenge whoever it may be.

It’s this power which is often the signature of her matches, with signature moves like back sentons, splashes and hip attacks which show her full force and knock the wind out of the sails of her opponents.

Gold seems to follow ‘The Deadly One’ around, including a long reign as Pro Wrestling EVE Champion, which was only ended at the hands of Nyla Rose – coincidentally someone she’s gone on to hold tag team gold with in Japan.

It’s not just alongside Rose that ‘The Deadly One’ has excelled, as she’s got a long standing relationship with ‘The Villainess’ Skye Smitson – another competitor who knows just how to use the rules to her advantage, meaning they can lean on each other’s experience in the ring when necessary.

She is also a well-travelled competitor, having fought all across Europe, Japan and the United States, another element of experience she’s able to bring to the ring.

There can be no doubting that Rhio doesn’t just live up to the monikers she goes by – she lives by them. One of the most dangerous competitors to step in to the ring, you never know how she’s going to attack you.

Not only that, but her resiliency is some of the strongest on the British wrestling scene. Many times you would think that another competitor would be beaten with the amount of punishment they take, however Rhio seems to keep coming back for more – and often relishing it.

However, this attitude of being ready to come back for more and never seeing the end of a battle has led to some long-running rivalries, including not backing down from Kanji in RevPro and not giving up her chase of Alexxis Falcon in PROGRESS Wrestling.

As ‘The Leader Of The Pack’, she has held plenty of championship gold in some of the top promotions around the country, including as ICW World Heavyweight Champion, PROGRESS Wrestling Women’s Champion and Pro Wrestling EVE Champion to name just a few.

Amira Blair has had a meteoric rise up the ranks of the European wrestling scene in just a few short years, with one of the key factors being the connection she makes with every member of the audience whether it’s for her exploits in the ring or at ringside.

The charismatic Blair can often be seen accompanying Michael Oku to the ring, often being a deciding factor with engaging the crowd to spur her charge on, or on occasion by putting herself on the line to try and help secure the victory.

However, this is not to discount her wrestling abilities in her own right. She has proven herself to be a formidable opponent and doesn’t back down from any challenge which comes her way, knowing that hitting her signature spear will often lead to picking up another win.

One of the most significant wins of her career at the time came at the end of 2025 when she picked up a victory over the experienced Skye Smitson. This turned in to a huge, heated rivalry with both competitors taking the other to extreme lengths. Although Blair picked up what seemed like a decisive victory in May 2026, there’s a chance this rivalry could ignite again at any time.

One of the most experienced competitors on the British wrestling scene, Skye Smitson brings her unique physique and power to every contest, but also uses her years of knowledge to her advantage.

Living up to her nickname of ‘The Villainess’, Smitson has one of the strongest grasps of the rules we’ve ever seen and also knows when to manipulate and utilise them to her advantage when it becomes necessary.

However, things often seem to change when she is alongside her regular tag partner LA Taylor as The Experience, as the two powerhouses tend to rely fully on their abilities to get the job done.

Championship gold has often followed Smitson around, including being a three-time Pro Wrestling EVE Tag Team Champion, however that was in different teams alongside Rhia O’Reilly and Nightshade – although she’ll be looking to add to this in the near future alongside Violet Nyte as part of NYTE/SKYE.

Hollie Barlow can be considered one of the ‘pocket rockets’ of the British wrestling scene – don’t let her stature fool you, as she has all the tools in her locker to get the job done.

Since coming back from a hiatus from wrestling in 2024, Barlow has been one of the most active competitors in the country, and whilst her actions can sometimes be polarising she is used to getting a reaction from a crowd.

Whilst she’s been fighting her own battles in the ring (for the most part) she’s also been fighting a separate battle to win fully win the heart of her best friend and tag partner, Lana Austin. Whilst Austin was cold to these advances at first, Barlow has been persistent and seems to have finally won ‘The Queen Of Mean’ around, and the pair have had plenty of success in the tag team ranks since.

In particular, this led to being part of the historic Wrestle Queendom card hosted by Pro Wrestling EVE, where the pair successfully defended their titles against the international challenge of Charli Evans and Jessica Troy.

Hollie Barlow has also debuted in the likes of Riot Cabaret and Pro Wrestling EVE in 2026 as a singles wrestler, another sign that the future is bright for ‘The Hot Topic’.

NEWS: Pro Wrestling EVE Stars Take Part in Media Day

Pro Wrestling EVE Media Day

Ahead of their biggest ever show at the O2 Indigo in London, the stars of Pro Wrestling EVE have taken part in a media day to help build hype for the event.

Pro Wrestling EVE will host their annual Wrestle Queendom spectacular on Sunday, 8th March, and this year have gone bigger than ever as they head to the O2 Arena with a host of both home grown and international stars already confirmed.

Already signed for the event is EVE International Champion and AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander, who will put her EVE title on the line against Charlie, formerly known as Dakota Kai in WWE.

Other stars already confirmed include the likes of Harley Cameron and DASH Chisako, as well as a host of the Pro Wrestling EVE regulars.

In a post on X Will Ospreay, who has been heavily involved in the advancement of EVE in recent months, confirmed the media day and those who were involved.

A number of the stars who took part then also took to social media to hype their involvement in both the filming and the show.

RESULTS: RevPro Season’s Beatings 2025

RevPro rounded out the year at the 1865 in Southampton, and featured a contest between Amira Blair and the returning Skye Smitson.

Whilst Blair has been most notably at the side of Michael Oku during their time in the company, throughout 2025 she has started to break out as a competitor in her own right. After ending her ongoing rivalry with Alexxis Falcon, Blair has seemingly been biding her time waiting for the next challenge to come along.

In contrast, this was the first time Skye Smitson had been in a RevPro ring since April 2025, and had only been seen sporadically for a few years outside of her time spent with The Legion. However, on this occasion ‘The Villainess’ seemed ready to make a new mark on the company.

However, that wasn’t the case on this occasion. Despite dominating stages of the match, it was a quick rollup from Blair which surprised Smitson and was enough to get the three count.

Smitson was left fuming at the loss and will no doubt want to balance that with a win in the very near future. As Amira Blair was celebrating her win, her music was cut short as Oku made his way to the ring for his scheduled tag match.

The first RevPro event of the year takes place on Sunday, 4th January at the Porchester Hall in London. Although at the time of writing neither of these women are confirmed to compete, a match between Kanji and JGU has been signed. Tickets for the event, including season tickets for all London events in 2026, are available now.
