After a huge start to 2026, ICW Women’s Champion Angel Hayze will be returning to both the country and the company, but faces a tough defence against Molly Spartan.
Molly Spartan is a former ICW Women’s Champion in her own right, holding the gold for almost a year before losing it to Rhio in February 2023.
It’s been a long path back to the title picture, but a victory over Natasha Swann back in May stamped her opportunity to face Hayze for the title again.
For Angel Hayze, it’s been an extremely busy time since winning the ICW Women’s Championship in a triple-threat match back in December 2025. She’s managed to fit in a successful defence against Kanji in February this year, however since then has spent an extended time competing for Marigold in Japan, meaning her chances to compete in the United Kingdom have been limited.
It’s now been confirmed that she’ll be back in the country this month, and will give Molly Spartan her title shot as part of The Insane North Weekender.
It will seemingly continue a month of facing returning stars for Molly Spartan, after she squared off with Kay Lee Ray at Pro Wrestling EVE.
The event takes place at The Garage in Glashow on Sunday 21st June and tickets are available now.
