IS THERE BRITISH INVOLVEMENT IN AEW ALL IN 2026?
Yes! The Brawling Birds combination of Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter will be stepping up to the plate on the biggest stage they’ll both have competed on in the United Kingdom. They’ll be challenging for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships against two competitors who also know the UK scene – Lena Kross and Megan Bayne, Divine Dominion.
WHAT MATCHES AND COMPETITORS ARE SIGNED FOR PRO WRESTLING CEASEFIRE?
Pro Wrestling Ceasefire have currently not announced any matches for their event – although they have confirmed their raffle prizes. Although in the past they have featured the likes of Kanji, including her recently facing Connor Mills in an excellent contest.
WHAT MATCHES AND COMPETITORS ARE SIGNED FOR PRO WRESTLING EVE?
Back in May, Miyu Yamashita became the new EVE International Champion when she defeated Kris Statlander. Straight away she was confronted by both Kay Lee Ray and Rhio, both staking a claim at the gold. She told them to fight first to decide the challenger, and it was KLR who came out on top and will now get her opportunity.
Session Moth Martina will once again defend her EVE Championship. In recent months she has been issuing open challenges which have been answered by the likes of Aliss Ink, Lucy Sky and Nightshade, and she’ll be doing the same again at EVE vs. The World 2.
There will also be plenty of AEW involvement in the show, with Marina Shafir set to take on Aliss Ink, whilst Skye Blue will also be in action and Aubrey Edwards will be officiating.
WHAT MATCHES AND COMPETITORS ARE SIGNED FOR RIOT CABARET?
Thunder Rosa is now the Undisputed Women’s World Champion having unified her title with that held by Alexxis Falcon. Now she’ll be returning to the Clapham Grand, and facing someone who will be making her Riot Cabaret debut but is well known around the country in the form of Kanji.
Someone who made their debut last time out was Aluna, and she’s very quickly making her return where she’ll be taking on Nixi XS.
WHAT MATCHES AND COMPETITORS ARE SIGNED FOR REVOLUTION PRO WRESTLING?
Alexxis Falcon has proven to be dominant since she won the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship. ‘The Wicked Bitch Of Wrestling’ has made successful defences against the likes of Amira Blair and Dani Luna, and was challenged to retain three times ahead of Wembley, which she did against Hollie Barlow, Lucy Sky and Jessica Troy. Her long-running nemesis has been Kanji, who ended up winning the Women’s Grand Prix and earned herself a shot at the gold at Wembley Arena.
The number one contendership for the title will also be on the line, as six women compete in a scramble match to decide the next challenger. The wrestlers involved in the match will be Rhio, Kay Lee Ray, Myla Grace, Emersyn Jayne, Cory Zero and Lucy Sky.
WHAT MATCHES AND COMPETITORS ARE SIGNED FOR PROGRESS WRESTLING?
Alexxis Falcon lost the PROGRESS Wrestling Women’s Championship last month to Rhio, and is now banned from challenging for the gold again for striking the official after the contest. However, that doesn’t stop her from entering a PROGRESS ring, as she’ll be teaming with the debuting Myla Grace to take on Hyperactive. Safire Reed and Anita Vaughan are fresh off a successful tour of Japan with Sendai, and will be looking to make their mark at the Electric Ballroom once again.
Speaking of the Women’s Championship, ‘The Leader Of The Pack’ faces a very different challenge when she returns to Camden with the title. It won’t be on the line, but she’ll be taking on AEW’s Lio Rush in singles action.
Someone else who was victorious at Scorchio was Nikki Storm. After becoming the new custodian of PROGRESS Wrestling earlier in the year, ‘The Best In The Galaxy’ picked up her first victory over Session Moth Martina. At Wrestling Over Everything, she’ll be going up against Australia’s Frankie B.
