Anything can happen in a six-way scramble, and Lucy Sky came out victorious at Wembley Arena to become top contender to new RevPro Champion Kanji.
At the 14 Year Anniversary event at Wembley Arena, Kanji ended the reign of Alexxis Falcon to become the Undisputed British Women’s Champion.
However, on the same night six women were given the opportunity to do battle in a scramble match to become number one contender to the new champion.
Those involved in the match were Myla Grace, Emersyn Jayne, Cory Zero, Rhio, Kay Lee Ray and Lucy Sky – and at any point in the contest we could have had a winner.
One key moment came when Rhio hit her signature package piledriver, but as she went to make the cover she was thrown from the ring by Myla Grace who went for it herself. With no time to break it, Rhio resorted to dragging the official from the ring and contest continued.
Emersyn Jayne then took out Myla Grace with her signature slide through German suplex, which led to some massive dives from Kay Lee Ray and Cory Zero, with both of them taking tough landings on the outside and keeping them out of the rest of the match. As Rhio also looked to dive she took a huge spear from Lucy Sky, who was dominant in the centre of the ring as Myla Grace came in behind her with a kendo stick.
Known to many as ‘Lucy Deathmatch’, this didn’t phase Sky and a second attempt got caught, and was followed up by a huge lariat and a michinoku driver for the victory.
