Safire Reed and Anita Vaughan have spent much of 2026 setting the Japanese wrestling scene alight, but Hyperactive have now confirmed their first match back in the UK will take place at the start of August.
Hyperactive have been competing for Sendai Girls since the middle of April, picking up plenty of victories and also making an appearance for Marvelous. They’re also set to be part of the big Sendai event on 26th July, which was the first contest they were announced for.
However, their focus will soon have to switch back to our shores, and their diaries are already seemingly filling up with matches including their first one back.
At last night’s Hustle Wrestling event, Hyperactive appeared via video to confirm that they would be competing at the next event on Thursday 6th August. Not only that, they’ll be looking to reclaim the Tag Team Championships.
Reed and Vaughan held the titles from February until just before they left for Japan, when they were beaten by Catch Regiment. Now, they’re after their rematch and taking back the gold as soon as they return to the UK.
Hustle Wrestling will return to The Colour Factory in Hackney Wick on Thursday 6th August. Doors open for the event at 6.30pm with first bell at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £27 for tiered seating, £26 for balcony seating, £24.50 for general seating and £17 for standing, and are available now.
