Two British stars will be on opposing sides this week on TNA Impact as Xia Brookside and Dani Luna compete in a tag match with huge Knockouts Championship implications.
The Knockouts Championship is currently held by NXT star Arianna Grace, who won the gold from Brookside’s Angel Warriors tag partner Lei Ying Lee using underhanded tactics back in February.
Having made a successful defence against Jody Threat earlier this month, it’s no surprise that Grace has a target on her back with prospective challengers.
Lee will no doubt be one of them, and it has been announced that The Angel Warriors will take on the team of Arianna Grace and Dani Luna this coming Thursday on TNA Impact.
The intriguing part here is that Dani Luna has made it very clear she wants to claim singles gold in TNA, meaning she will no doubt have one eye on her tag partner during the match.
Luna even competed against Lei Ying Lee recently on TNA Impact, picking up the win over the former Knockouts Champion cementing her position as a top contender for the title even further.
